The Asian Chamber will bestow eight (8) "Crystal Awards" and three (3) plaques of Community Service recognition.

Category One:  Business Excellence Award

1.     The Business of the Year 2011 Award goes to Ms. Kimberley Maloney, President, the Williamsburg Pottery, of Williamsburg

2.     The Vanguard Award of the Year 2011 goes to Mr. Sanjay Mittal, CEO, eHealthObjects, Inc., of Henrico

3.     The Emerging Business of the Year 2011 Award goes to Mr. Mariya Anthony Irudhayanathan, Zillion Technologies, Inc., of Falls Church.

Category Two: Honorary Awards

1.     The Economic Visionary Award goes to The Honorable Mayor Dwight C. Jones, of City of Richmond, Virginia

2.    The Champion of Business Diversity goes to Ms. Connie Smith, of Altria

3.   The Champion of Community Stewardship Award goes to Ms. Gail Letts, of SunTrust

4.    The Champion of Business Journalism Award goes to Mr. Robert Powell of Virginia Business Magazine

5.    The Champion of International Business Service Award goes to Mr. Eric McDonald, of the U.S Department of Commerce Export Assistance Center/Richmond District Office

6.    The Asian Leadership Inspirational Award goes to Ms. Suwattana Sugg, of Catholic Charities Refugees and Immigration Services

Category Three: Asian Chamber‘s Plaques of Recognition 

1.     Korean Women's Association of Virginia (Sienna Swindle of York Town)

2.     Indonesian Community of Central Virginia (Zeistina Khan of Chesterfield)

Category Three:  Business Service Excellence Awards

1.       Business Diversity Excellence Award: Ms. Annette Christian, Supplier Diversity Specialist, of Dominion Resources Services.

2.       Asian Community Support Excellence: Sister JoAnn McCaffrey, Director, Mission & Diversity, of Bon Secours Health System.

3.       Asian Business Service Excellence Award: Mr. Wayne Waldrop, Director of Business Information Services, Virginia Department of Business Assistance.

4.       Asian Business Support Excellence: Ms. Evelyn Glazier, Retired Vice President of Business Services, Greater Richmond Partnership (GRPV).
